ASSIGN Score calculation is provided in three formats:

• Clinical - for routine clinical use in Scotland.
• Comparison with Framingham - with cardiovascular score calculated for comparison only.
• Research - permits exploring a wider range of variables and the direct entry of SIMD scores.
